I have 2 degrees, BA/Ind. Mgmt and MBA -Insurance/Legal Studies and a ton of training. None of it came easily but I did not put my wife and kids in a financial sinkhole. I performed well in the construction safety/loss control/accident prevention for many years and had the greatest respect for the men in the trades. They had well paying jobs and contributed-made something-created-presently I'm able to fix about anything from my guys showing me, the training I've had, and just the pleasure of "doing". Practical training is making a comeback-putting yourself in bankruptcy for no-job is destructive. The mantra is changing-thankfully.
