It was nice to witness Josiah’s dedication towards his study and career as an Electrician. He did very well in class and gained confidence in his abilities in on the job training. The income now allows him more opportunities to become more active in extracurricular activities and not worry about living paycheck to paycheck. It’s a great way to make a decent pay and kind of job that when you complete a task you can look back at it and say, “I did that.”5
