The march toward equality in the workplace has been long and challenging. From the Stonewall uprising to landmark Supreme Court rulings, each step has been a stride toward justice. We are proud to support policies that allow people to be fully themselves at work, and over time our policies have evolved to meet the growing demands for inclusivity.

Our protective policies and resources

By integrating these policies and resources, we not only safeguard the rights of LGBTQI+ individuals in the workplace but also empower these workers and their employers to foster workplaces where everyone can thrive. This holistic approach ensures that the principles of equality are woven into the fabric of our nation’s labor practices.
